Re: Rehearsals in the basement
Dear Friends,
We have now started holding rehearsals for our upcoming production of Hamlet in the basement here at the Opera House. We will continue to post the times we will be using the space. During these times we hope to be able to work with as few distractions as possible.
Of course we understand that this is all common space, all of us pay rent to live here and have access to these spaces. The performance, and thus the rehearsals, will happen in multiple rooms, including the hallway outside the laundry room. This area will only be inaccessible to tenants for a small amount of time during rehearsals and these times will be noted in advance. Even when rehearsals are happening in other parts of the basement the laundry will be fully accessible.
We realize that we are asking everybody to make a few sacrifices; we hope that everyone will contact us immediately with questions, concerns or suggestions about how we can make this all run smoothly.
